Youth Voice

Massey Youth: we want to hear your voice! Are you a high school aged youth in Massey looking to unleash your inner leader? 

Looking for opportunities to get involved in the community? 

Then we are the crew for you! 

Earlier in August the MYC crew were invited to Kiwanis lodge in Huia for a youth voice camp. At the camp we were joined by 5 other Youth Groups from Ranui 135, MPHS, Glen Dean, Te Atatu and Zeal. 

The camp was all about unleashing your inner leader and our crew has identified that we need more opportunities for youth in Massey to be able to get involved and to be heard by the community.  

The MYC vision moving forward is to grow our community of youth and provide space for them to get together in constructive ways. 

Come down to the Massey Community Hub on Wednesdays from 3.30 – 5pm to get involved. 

Exciting things are happening for the youth in Massey and this is your opportunity to be a part of it. It’s up to you to shape the future you want for Massey, get involved and make it a future that empowers our young people.
