We collect your personal information in order to:
ensure we can contact you if we need to
meet our required contact tracing obligations
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details, we might not be able to arrange bookings or registrations for our programmes.
We keep your information safe by storing it in protected computer files and/or in a locked filing cabinet and only allowing staff to access it as required.
Contact tracing slips will be kept in a locked office for a total of 60 days, then destroyed.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
