The Women's Street Smart workshops are the best, practical, comprehensive and informative hands-on self-defence workshops for females in New Zealand. Join us to learn how to keep ourselves safe using techniques that are easy to learn, easy to apply and easy to remember!

*Ladies only class, must be over the age of 16. No children allowed in this class please.

*Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a water bottle/lunch/snacks.
